Shipping and Returns

These terms govern the delivery and return of goods and food products from the SIA VOS TAC shop, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law and EU distance selling rules.

1. Delivery

Delivery is made only within the territory of the Republic of Latvia. After payment, goods are usually dispatched within 1–5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the chosen method (e.g. Omniva parcel locker or courier). The exact delivery timeframe will be indicated in the order confirmation.

2. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are shown in the cart before you confirm the order. The delivery charge is collected together with the order total unless otherwise stated in a promotion or offer.

3. Delivery options

Available options include delivery to a specified address or to an Omniva parcel locker. The chosen option and cost will be visible during checkout.

4. Returns (right of withdrawal)

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, for goods to which this right applies. The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food or to sealed food whose packaging has been opened after delivery (under EU Directive 2011/83/EU). To return goods, contact us by email at info@vostac.lv or by phone at +371 20666685. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in suitable condition. The cost of return is borne by the consumer unless we have stated that we will bear it.

5. Refunds

After we receive and check the returned goods we will refund you within 14 days using the same means of payment as used for the purchase. If goods are defective or non-conforming you have statutory rights (replacement or refund; for non-food goods also repair or price reduction).

6. Conformity and guarantee

Non-food goods: Durable goods are covered by the statutory two-year legal guarantee against defects. You may return defective or non-conforming goods or request repair, replacement or a price reduction.

Food: We are responsible for food conforming to the contract (quality, labelling, expiry). For non-conforming food you may claim replacement or a refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
