This privacy policy describes how SIA VOS TAC (“we”) process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Latvian law.

2. What data we collect

For orders and customer service: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details.

When you use the website: technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type) where required for security or legal purposes.

3. Purposes and legal basis for processing

We process personal data to: (a) perform the contract with you (order fulfilment, delivery); (b) comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax); (c) pursue our legitimate interests (e.g. handling complaints, legal defence).

4. Data retention

We keep order and invoice data for as long as necessary for contract performance and legal retention (typically at least 5–10 years under accounting and tax rules). Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security.

You may lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate (DVI) as the supervisory authority in Latvia.

We may share data with delivery and payment service providers only to the extent necessary to fulfil your order. Data is stored in the EU/EEA; if we ever transfer data outside the EU, appropriate safeguards will apply.

7. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making that would have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
